Tiona Wierman, FCT Board OF Directors Architectural Preservationist Tiona grew up in the Linda Vista area of Pasadena, attending local schools, including Pasadena City College and UCLA and holds a degree in Fine Arts and Humanities. The mother of three children, she is a familiar face at Norma Coombs School where she has taught drawing, painting, cooking, dance and drama and is an active classroom volunteer through Dickson Podley REALTOR's® Partners In Education program with the PUSD. Tiona also enjoys being a docent for PUSD fifth graders at the Norton Simon. A resident of South Pasadena whose children attended public schools, she has been an active member of the PTA and a strong supporter of SPEF. Tiona has attended All Saints Episcopal Church since 1961, is a member of Altar Guild and Canterbury Choir and is a Past President of the Parish Council. Tiona is an active participant in Pasadena Heritage, Pasadena Beautiful, South Pasadena Library and The Shakespeare League. Formerly a paralegal specializing in litigation and the co-owner of a law firm, she brings 20 years of legal experience to benefit her clients in contract negotiations. Tiona is an historic property specialist, a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation as well as the Society of Architectural Historians and a member of the Heritage Homes Division of Dickson Podley REALTORS®. She is currently serving as President of the South Pasadena Preservation Foundation and is a past President of Professionals in Real Estate. Tiona is an Ambassador for the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and was named Ambassador of the Year in 2008, receiving recognition from the Senate, House, Assembly and Secretary of State.
She has earned her G.R.I. designation (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and is a Certified Relocation Specialist. The daughter of two REALTOR® parents, Tiona enjoys the challenge of finding her clients just the right property and creatively marketing her listings. She is a member of the Pasadena Foothills Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.
Tiona is a member of the Cultural Heritage Committee of PFAR and has chaired the Communications Committee (1997), Community Activities Committee (1994, 1995, 1996 and 1998), and Housing Affordability Committee (2004). A consistent top producer, Tiona has received many awards during her real estate career including membership in the prestigious President's Club.
