Doing your own show at FTC as a Guest Production

Full performance run

Rate: $1,650 per performance weekend, which includes Thursday through Saturday 8pm shows, and Sunday 3pm matinee. 6-week minimum.

Process: Submit script, production team info, cast bios (if already cast), and any special requirements.

Non-refundable deposit of $1,650 will be required to hold dates requested, if available. After show opens, used as cleaning/damage repair deposit, balance refunded 14 days after final performance.

Sunday night performances

Rate: $500 per evening. 7:30pm start time. No minimum run.

Process: In addition to requirements listed above, Sunday night performances will have to work with set of main stage show (if any), and must return set/props to original locations. Must work around main stage light plot (may set own cues).

Non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required to hold dates requested, if available. After show opens, used as cleaning/damage repair deposit, balance refunded 3 days after final performance.

Off-night performances

Rate: $400 per evening, Monday through Wednesday. No minimum run.

Process: In addition to requirements listed above, off-night performances will have to work with set of main stage show (if any), and must return set/props to original locations. Must work around main stage light plot (may set own cues).

Non-refundable deposit of $400 will be required to hold dates requested, if available. After show opens, used as cleaning/damage repair deposit, balance refunded 3 days after final performance.


Readings, meetings, non-audience daytime events

(Theatre and lobby access ONLY- NO tech booth, dressing room, or garden patio)

Rate: $30/hr, 3-hour minimum (additional fee for use of garden patio)

Process: Submit information of event and group involved, purpose. (Who, what, when, why). Limited availability.

Non-refundable deposit of $90 will be required to hold date requested. After event is finished, used as cleaning/damage repair deposit, balance refunded 3 days after event.

Filming at the Theatre

(Dressing room included- tech booth available at additional charge)

Rate: $100/hr, 3-hour minimum (additional fee for use of garden patio).

Process: Submit information of film project.

Non-refundable deposit to hold confirmed dates. After film is finished, used as cleaning/damage repair deposit, balance refunded 14 days after event.
